High School Students, come serve in Belize with us this summer!

July 3 - 10, 2026

INFORMATION MEETING: Sunday, December 7, 2025 in the Student Center from 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Experience Jesus, gain a heart for the nations, and be His hands and feet for the people in Belize, Central America!

Belize has many challenges with widespread poverty, limited medical care, and many people who are not engaged in a local church. Belizean pastors work very hard with limited resources and deeply desire to partner with mission teams to bless the people of their church and village. English is the official language and the people are resilient, resourceful, and cheerful. A trip to Belize is a life-changing experience.

- 43% of the population live below the poverty line

- Belize is a safe, democratic nation
- Easy and safe travel: democratic nation, accepts US dollars,
convenient flights.

We will be staying the whole week at Springs of Living Water Presbyterian Church and serving their community in Chunox Village in Northern Belize.

Students will have the opportunity to do some service projects at the church and village, visit homes to pray for families in need, and build relationships with the 100+ village kids who LOVE spending time with our team. It will be exciting to see the SAME kids for a third year in a row, see how much they have grown, and continue our relationship with them!

We are looking for students who:

• Have completed 9th -12th grade
• Want to gain a heart for the nations, the people of Belize, and experience Jesus on the mission field
• Are willing to be challenged, by working hard and serving sacrificially
• Are willing to be uncomfortable at times for the sake of Jesus (ex: such as sleeping on the floor, trying new food, or sweating outside.)
• Ready to live out their faith outside of their comfort zone!...including learning how to rely on God's provision as they fundraise!

*If you have not yet been on a mission trip or the Coloñias Mission trip, we HIGHLY encourage you go on the Coloñias mission trip with us June 3 - 6, 2026 BEFORE going with us to Belize. If you have not yet been on a mission trip (or out of the country), and desire to still serve in Belize with us, please speak to our Student Pastor, Ashley Tran, before registering.

Trip cost: $1670.00**
Register by January 4, 2026 (A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at registration.)
**includes the $70 required for luggage fees (1 bag under 50lbs)

• Team of 12 HS students. Deadline to register by January 4, 2026. 
• Adult chaperones needed (approved by Ashley first.)
• College Students welcome to attend as assistant leaders once approved by Ashley (some responsibilities will be given on the trip).
• Mission Trip gatherings are mandatory, on Sunday afternoons.  They will take place 12:30pm - 2:30pm in the Student Center leading up to the trip. Please take note of these dates to ensure you can commit to them! Missing more than one session, and/or failing to make up for the sessions missed, may disqualify you from participating on mission with the team.

  • January 4th = Mandatory Team Meeting  #1 
  • February 1st = Mandatory Team Meeting #2 
  • March 1st = Mandatory Team Meeting #3
  • April 11th = Mandatory Team Trip Fundraiser
  • May 31st = Mandatory Team Meeting #4
  • June 28th = Mandatory Team Meeting #5
  • July 2, 2026 = Mandatory Lock-In @ Student Center for early morning flight.

Payment Due Dates: (Paid by cash or check)

1. Non-refundable deposit of $150.00 Due by Sunday, Jan 4, 2026 (online payment)
2. 2nd Payment Due: Sunday, February 22, 2026 ($507 paid by cash or check)
3. 3rd Payment Due: Sunday, April 12, 2026 ($507 paid by cash or check)
4. Final Mission Trip Payment Due: Monday, June 15, 2026 ($506 paid by cash or check)

*REGISTRATION POLICIES PAYMENT

THERE IS A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED PER PERSON TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION.
All remaining balances MUST be paid on or before June 15, 2026, unless otherwise discussed with the trip leader. Any registrations with an outstanding balance on June 16, 2026 will forfeit their spot and their deposit. You will receive multiple reminders prior to the due date, but it is ultimately your responsibility to pay your remaining balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION, THE REMAINING TRIP COST CAN BE REFUNDED AS FOLLOWS:

If you cancel on or before January 4, 2026: Full refund (minus $150. non-refundable deposit)

If you cancel January 5, 2026 or later: No refunds will be given (your payment will be transferred to our student scholarship account)

If you cancel AFTER the airline's seat utilization date (which will be communicated to you on December 7, 2025 as well as the  airline ticket cost), you will be required to pay for that seat's ticket.
