Calling All Cibolo Creek 3rd - 8th Graders... Are you ready for Winter???  Winter Retreat that is!!!!  

We are so excited to be heading back to HEB Camp in Leakey, TX on the Frio River February 13-15, 2026.   

3rd - 8th graders will have a great weekend filled with tons of games, s'mores, hikes, fun with friends, worship and studying the Bible together in small groups.
This is also a great event to invite your friends who do not have a home church or know Jesus!!!

The cost is *$100/child. This covers all aspects of the Winter Retreat including food, travel, housing, etc.

**Please note that there are paperwork requirements to complete your child's registration.  The completed H.E. Butt Foundation waiver can be emailed back to winterretreat@cibolocreek.com once completed.

• The H.E. Butt Foundation camp waiver will be a link in your registration confirmation email.
• The 2026 Cibolo Creek online waiver will be emailed to you after the New Year, so be on the lookout early January 2026 for that email.    

The Parent Meeting will be Sunday, January 25, 2026 @ 12:30pm in the main auditorium.  Please make every effort to attend this meeting.  You will learn information about medications, emergency contact info, as well as early departure time for Friday, February 13th.  (Check-in at the church is at 3:15pm.  You will need to check your child out early from school on Feb 13th.) We’ll be giving out a Parent Info packet as well at the meeting.  Your child will get their small group color and have a chance to meet their small group leaders, so your camper(s) are welcome to attend this meeting.   


REFUND POLICY

• There will be no refunds applied after Jan 30, 2026 due to food and supplies already being purchased for the retreat.
